I'm recommending this to all of my colleagues internally at Google as a canonical post for how to design GTM motions (what we call "product to market" and "market to product") in the age of AI. I'm particularly bullish on the notion of "chat as the interface layer", where the human-in-the-loop is already interacting with their other colleagues, and allows them to take action/decision accordingly. This is excellent.
